We have remodeled several Subway restaraunts as the general contractor in Columbus, Toledo, Cincinnati, and others throuughout the central Ohio region.

We provide a turn-key solution, completing all facets of interior and exterior construction including plumbing, electric, HVAC, flooring, painting, wallcoverings, and equipment and fixture installation.

This is a new Cacique retail construction project in Columbus, Ohio that was co-located with a Lane Bryant store.

We provided all the porcelain tile installation, including storefront and columns. We also provided the carpet installation at the rotunda area.

We completed this Lane Bryant tenant improvement project in Columbus, Ohio, which was one of the first concept stores with a connected Cacique store.

We provided installation of all flooring and tilework, including the storefront, columns, and display platforms, the carpet installation, VCT, base, and some painting and finish work.

We completed two Sunflower Market stores in Columbus, Ohio. Work performed included exterior and interior ceramic tile, resinous flooring, painting and finishes, vinyl floor tile, metal fabrications, and floor leveling solutions.

This Honeybaked Ham restaraunt construction project in Springfield, Ohio received quarry tile in the kitchen and preparation areas, and ceramic tile in the dining areas and restrooms. We also provided carpet and installation.

This Gold Star Grille tenant fit-up project in Springfield, Ohio received interior and exterior painting, FRP, and custom floating acoustical ceiling products. We also provided ceramic tile and installation for the restrooms.

We renovated two KFC restaurants in Columbus, providing interior and exterior framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, floor and wall tile, painting, and more.

We built this Merle Norman Cosmetics store at Polaris Fashion Place. Work performed included all construction, finish carpentry, displays, ceramic tile, carpet, security gate, signage, plumbing and electric, and painting.

This was a large wallcovering project at the Holiday Inn at Crosswoods. The project consisted of installing approximately 4000 square yards of wallcovering in 20 meeting rooms, a ballroom, and several hallways.
